Recording & troubleshooting
No complete transmission recognised
Replay the clip and count the digits. A full standard message needs fifty tones arranged into ten digits. Try a recording that includes the start and end, with the radio louder than nearby speech or effects. The current decoder looks for numeric messages that match its known Nasdara bunker grids.
The video plays but decoding fails
A browser may play a video whose audio it cannot decode through the audio-processing API. Export a short MP4 with AAC audio or a WAV file, then try again. The current limits are 500 MB and ten minutes. Shorter clips also use less device memory.
Analysis takes a while
Processing speed depends on clip length and your device. Keep the decoder tab open while it works. The reading stage has an indeterminate bar because the browser does not provide a reliable completion percentage for that operation. The next stage measures progress through the audio frames.
More than one result appears
A recording may contain several broadcasts. Check the code against the audio if the same bunker appears with conflicting codes. Noise can produce an incorrect candidate, so a result should be checked before a long trip across the map.
iZurvive did not open
The map opens only when you click the Open location in iZurvive link on the result card. Each link contains the world X and Z coordinates for that bunker. You can also enter the displayed coordinates in iZurvive’s search field.
My code stopped working
Use a fresh broadcast from the same server and in-game night. The app reads recordings and has no live connection to your game server. It cannot determine whether a previously decoded bunker is still active.
Report a problem
Email brugbusiness@gmail.com with your browser, device, approximate clip length, and the error message. Describe the issue first. If you choose to email a recording, check it for personal voice chat or other information you do not want to share.
